Event counters and Event Filter Counters

Introduced in LoriotPro V4, Events counter gives you an overall view of Event occurrences.

The Event Counters are incremented each time that LoriotPro receives an event.

The Event Counters window allows you to acknowledge all the events of a defined type in few mouse clicks.

For each event type you can control how many non-acknowledged Events you want to display in the Global Event log window.

You can trigger actions on counter threshold.

The Event Filter Counters are incremented each time that a filter associated to an event is matched.

Accessing the Event Counters window

Event Counters window is identified by the icon.

You can access the Event counter windows from multiple ways.

From the Global Event windows contextual menu

Or from the Event toolbar

The Event Counter window provides counter information for each Event

The window is able to show you:

All the Events that are defined in LoriotPro

Only the Event that have been received (with counter different from 0)

The display option allows you to choose between these two modes.

The List of Events display the following information

Events	The Event number that defines uniquely this event. A double click in this area open the following dialog From there you can change the display limit for this event. By default all the events will be displayed in the Global Event Window.
Total Received	The number of events of this type received since the last LoriotPro wakeup.
Displayed/Limit	The number of events displayed in the Global Event window The maximum number of non acknowledged events to display in the Global Event window
Acknowledge	The number of event acknowledged A double click in this box pop p the Acknowledge window
Display non acked Events	The number of events o this type that are displayed and not acknowledged
Matched/Filters	The number of time that a filter associated to this event has matched the conditions The number of filters defined for this event.
Last received	The time of the last received event of this type
Description	The description o the Event.

Accessing the Event Filter Counters window

Event Filter Counters window is identified by the icon.

You can access the Event Filter Counter windows from multiple ways.

From the Global Event windows contextual menu

Or from the Event toolbar

The Event Filter Counters window display counter information related to each filter of each event.

The window is able to show you:

All the Filters that are defined in LoriotPro

Only the Filters that have been matched (with counter different from 0)

The display option allows you to choose between these two modes.

The List of Event Filter information and Counter display the following information.

For Event Number	The list of all registered event and under each of them (indented) a list of filters. A double click in this area open the Event Filter configuration window.
Total Matched	count the number of time that filter has been match
Matched since last clear counter	count the number of time that filter has been match since the last tile we clea the counter A double click in this area open the Clear Counter Dialog box
Last filtered at	The time at which the last match occurs
Description	Description of the filter
